Immunity-Boosting Essential Oils & A Healthy Lifestyle
Essential oils are one natural way to support a healthy immune system during times of high illness. It’s important to remember that a healthy lifestyle as a whole will give you the biggest advantage. This includes things like practicing good hand-washing habits, eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep and exercise, staying hydrated, and limiting sugar and alcohol.
Cautions: Essential oils have the potential to cause skin sensitivity. Be sure you are diluting oils with a carrier oil when used topically. Always keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
